Professional Site Installation Team

Equipment manufacturing is only half of project success. Professional on-site installation is equally critical. MUSI maintains 5 specialized installation teams, each with 6-8 engineers — 35+ installation specialists capable of supporting 8-10 concurrent projects worldwide.

Team members average 8+ years of field experience, covering electrical, mechanical, automation, HVAC, and environmental disciplines — fully capable of independently completing all installation and commissioning work for coating lines.

Customer Preparation

To ensure smooth installation, customers should complete the following before MUSI engineers arrive:

  • Site readiness: foundation poured, area cleared, dust/rain protection in place
  • Utilities ready: electrical, water, compressed air, gas connections available
  • Lifting equipment: forklift, overhead crane, mobile crane per MUSI's specifications
  • Local labor: customer arranges 3-5 local workers (electrician, welder, general) to assist MUSI engineers
  • Accommodation: hotel arrangement for MUSI team (MUSI covers all related costs)
  • Project liaison: customer designates 1-2 dedicated coordinators

Acceptance Criteria

MUSI and customer jointly establish detailed acceptance criteria across three levels:

  • Equipment acceptance — each unit's appearance, function, and parameters meet contract specs
  • Line acceptance — 72 hours of continuous operation without faults; key process parameters stable
  • Capacity acceptance — under customer's actual workpiece, 8 hours of continuous production meeting cycle and quality targets

Once all three pass, customer signs off and warranty period begins.

Site Safety

MUSI maintains a complete construction safety system (ISO 45001 certified):

  • Pre-installation safety briefing for all personnel
  • All workers hold relevant certifications (electrical, welding, height work)
  • Complete PPE provided (helmet, harness, gloves, goggles)
  • Site safety officer with daily safety patrols
  • many years with no major site safety incidents
