High-pressure spray degreasing + shot blast derusting + multi-stage phosphate or silane treatment for excellent coating adhesion.
3. Heavy-Duty Anti-Corrosion Coating
Three-layer system: epoxy primer + epoxy intermediate + polyurethane topcoat — passes 2,000+ hour salt spray, 15+ year outdoor life.
4. Multi-Fuel Dust Collection Systems
Natural gas, diesel, or electric heating options — adapts to local energy availability.
