Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO)
3-chamber or 2-chamber RTO with ceramic regenerative heat exchanger recovering high-temperature exhaust heat. VOCs destruction efficiency ≥98% — the best solution for high-flow, low-concentration exhaust.
Activated Carbon Adsorption System
Honeycomb activated carbon adsorption + hot-air desorption + catalytic combustion combination — suitable for high-flow, low-concentration, intermittent exhaust.
Zeolite Rotor Concentrator
Hydrophobic zeolite molecular sieve rotor — concentrates high-flow low-concentration VOCs by 10-15x, then incinerates via RTO. Currently the most cost-effective solution.
Catalytic Oxidizer (RCO)
Noble metal catalysts oxidize VOCs to CO₂ and H₂O at 250-400 °C — significantly lower temperature and energy use compared to RTO incineration.
Paint Wastewater Treatment
For paint-laden wastewater from water-curtain spray booths and water-based paint operations — uses demulsification + flocculation + flotation + biological combined process for reuse or compliant discharge.
