Therefore, MUSI considers customer training a core part of our after-sales service. We provide free operator and maintenance training for every customer, with ongoing skill development support.

  • MUSI Factory Training: Customer team visits Changzhou for centralized training, exposure to multiple equipment models
  • Online Video Training: MUSI maintains a complete library of operation and maintenance videos for ongoing reference
  • Periodic Refresh: 1-2 free refresh trainings per year for new staff or new processes
