Team members have 10+ years average industry experience, covering pretreatment, powder coating, liquid coating, sandblasting, drying processes, and environmental treatment. We solve every technical issue customers face during line operation.
Scope of Technical Support
1. Process Optimization
Systematic optimization solutions for existing line bottlenecks:
- Film quality optimization — uneven thickness, orange peel, sagging, poor adhesion
- Energy optimization — through curing profile, fan VFD, heat recovery
- Cycle time optimization — bottleneck analysis with process or equipment improvements
- Powder utilization optimization — gun layout, voltage, recovery system upgrades
2. Parameter Commissioning
Full-process parameter commissioning for new lines or process transitions:
- Pretreatment chemistry concentration, temperature, pH

3. Fault Diagnosis

4. Line Upgrades
