Energy Storage Container Coating Line
Turnkey coating line for BESS enclosures and battery pack housings — blasting to Sa2.5, zinc-rich primer, weather-resistant topcoat and matched exhaust treatment in one engineered chain.
Built for 20 ft and 40 ft energy storage containers, battery pack housings and module cases where the coating carries a 15 to 25 year outdoor warranty.

Line Configuration
- Blast room with full floor media recovery and air-wash separator
- Primer booth with humidity control for zinc-rich systems
- Flash-off and forced-cure zone at 60-80 C
- Topcoat booth in a controlled-cleanliness area
- Transfer rails or cars between cells, no manual repositioning
- Dust collection and VOC treatment sized to the same airflow as the booths
Application References
Battery energy storage system integrators, container fabricators and EV battery enclosure suppliers, where the finished unit sits outdoors unattended for its full service life and is rarely repainted.
Engineering Commitment
Every line is engineered against a written performance specification. Line speed, cure profile, film build and emission level are stated in the contract and demonstrated on your own part at the factory trial run before shipment. One engineering team owns the whole chain — pretreatment, application, curing, conveying and emission control — so the trade-offs between them are settled on the drawing board, not on your factory floor.
Service & Delivery
Standard configurations ship in 30-60 days with 12-24 months warranty. On-site installation, commissioning and operator training are available worldwide, and process tuning and spare parts support continue for the working life of the line.
